Here at Nefyn, we make it our goal to make everyone feel welcome.
With over a century golfing history dating back to 1907, what began as a nine hole course is today a 27 hole championship course split into unique three loops of nine holes.
With great facilities that includes a well stocked bar, a restaurant offering a broad selection of tasty snacks and meals, great practice facilities, snooker table and much more, Nefyn Golf Club has a lot to offer both its members and visitors.
Being a member here at Nefyn also offers many unique benefits with full access to our golfing facilities together with discounted prices at the bar and restaurant. We fulfil a full calendar of both competetive and social golf with some great prizes on offer.

What is the Club and Course Etiquette?
“You’re very welcome to be our guests”
At Nefyn, we strive to ensure that all our visiting golfers feel welcome by treating you as our guests. All our staff pride themselves on being able to offer you a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, both on and off the course. This is our way of saying thank you for coming, please tell your friends and come back.
We ask visiting golfers to comply with a few simple rules for on and off the course, purely in order that the visit to Nefyn is as enjoyable as possible for everyone.
- On the course, please avoid collarless shirts, trainers, jeans and track suits
- In the clubhouse, we appreciate, smart casual in the lounge and dining room
- Please avoid slow play it can spoil a really enjoyable round
- Replace all divots
- Be ready to play your shot when it is your turn
- Move at a reasonable pace between shots

- Share clubs or bags
- Mark cards on the green
- Place trolleys and buggies in front of the green
Do I have to book online?
Not at all.
We can take your bookings over the phone or by email.

How do I join?
Becoming a member here at Nefyn only takes a few minutes of your time.

Are non-members able to use the club's facilities?
Non-golfers are welcome to enter the clubhouse and take advantage of our wel stocked bar and restaurant.
Visitors are however requested to adopt the Club’s dress code.
- In the clubhouse, we appreciate, smart casual in the lounge and dining room. Beachwear and sandals is not permitted at all times.
Is there access to Porthdinllaen?
National Trust Village of Porthdinllaen
Pedestrian access to Porthdinllaen can be gained by either walking on the public footpath which runs through the Golf Course or by walking along the beach.
There is strictly no public vehicular access to Porthdinllaen, RNLI Station or the Ty Coch Inn.
Disabled access can be gained via the kissing gate located to the right of the barrier. The kissing gate is secured by a RADAR Key which is standard for every kissing gate in the UK and should be obtained from your local council.

Illegal Entry / Exit
A levy will be raised on each and every person illegally gaining entry to and or requiring exit from the Golf Course.
